Modules ⚙️
Modules allow you to create fully-fledged applications that can be later reused across other applications in your workspace. This is a real time-saver for complex blocks of logic that you need to reuse in several applications. A module can communicate with a parent application, and receive and send events. A module is created as a separate application and can be added to a required app from the Modules tab located near the Components.
Change environment during the development 💻
We have noticed that among our users’ common issues was when an action is working correctly in a dev mode, but not working in a production environment. That’s why we have implemented a selector for the environments. While developing, you can switch between the environments and quickly debug any issues that can arise. Please note that the env toggle is visible only when the data sources used in the application have environments enabled.
Admin password reset 👨🏻💻
We have added the ability for the workspace admins to reset the password of other team members. You can either send a password reset email to a user, or generate a password reset link for them. The setting is available on the Users & Roles page.
UI Bakery AI assistant beta 🤖
The AI assistant beta is finally released to production! We couldn’t be less happy about it - after all, this is our custom development, and we are very proud of the result.
The AI assistant is available in the builder mode for the admins/ editors of the workspace. It can help you with your technical questions, queries and code examples. The chat history is saved, so you can get back to some of the earlier questions as well.
